Paleo Flour
Paleo flour is a grain-free flour used in cooking and baking. It is high in fat, protein and low in carbohydrates. There are some wonderful premixed paleo flours on the market. But they can be quite expensive. If you use this flour often, it is much cheaper to make your own as I do. Some recipes also include arrowroot flour, but it is not necessary. Mix this flour and store it in an air-tight container in a dark, cool place to have on hand at any time.
